Spa Etiquette
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, keeping in mind that arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Treatments will end on time so the next guest’s service will not be delayed.
We ask that guests refrain from using cellular phones while in the spa, this is to maintain a relaxing experience for all our guests.
Please refrain from shaving if receiving a body scrub service.
Reservation / Cancellation Policy
Multiple services/packages may require a major credit card to hold the reservation.
If redeeming a gift certificate, please advise us when you book your service.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your salon or spa service, we ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations without proper notice are subject to a 50% cost of service fee.
Payment Options
Verde accepts cash, checks (with proper ID), Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the service price.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination.
Gift certficates expire within eighteen (18) months from date of purchase. Date of purchase may be confirmed by calling Verde directly with the gift certificate number (5-digit number on back of card).
Gift certificates may not be used for service gratuities.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will schedule a corrective service.
